Mr. Ivan Milby was born March 30, 1929 in Green County, KY to the late William C. Milby and Lillie Thompson Milby. He departed this life Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at the Hosparus Inpatient Care Center in Louisville, KY, having attained the age of eighty-seven years, eight months and seven days.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Christian Believers, Sellersburg, Indiana. He was a Pilot, a Former member of CAP, American Legion, Resident of Clark’s Loving Care Mini-home. He was a United States Air Force Veteran, serving during the Korean War.
He is survived by four sons and three daughters: Steven and Dru Milby of Finchville, KY, Dale Milby of Taylorsville, Gary Milby of Louisville, Randy and Dee Milby of Lexington, Carolyn and Carey Sims of Caneyville, Rhonda and Charlie Fraas of Columbus, Ohio and Patty and Chris Hansel of Shepherdsville. He is also survived by three sisters and two brothers: Marcella Lange of Tennessee, Charlotte Stumph of Summersville, Marie Perkins of Louisville, Garland and Mary Lois Milby of Louisville and Ronny and Vanessa Milby of Campbellsville, fifteen grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and other relatives.
Funeral services will be conducted 12 noon Central Time Monday at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home with Bro. Nathan Bryant officiating. Burial will follow In the Hall Cemetery in Green County with Military Honors. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. Central Time until the funeral time at 12 Central Time.

The family has requested that expressions of sympathy be donations to Hosparus of Lousiville. These can be made at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home in Greensburg.
